From (about) 1995 to (about) 2010, I studied stock market strategies, figuring I could make a $bundle.
Needless to say, I didn't, but became fascinated with the subject and wrote a gaggle of essays in HTML format.
Having retired after some 30 years as a math prof, I was intrigued by the mathematical components.
Recently, I decided to write about what I learned in the form of seven eBooks.
More recently, I combined all seven into a single, gargantuan tome, namely *this* eBook.
(Alas, the earlier eBooks suffered from the conversion from HTML to eBook format.
Most of the sloppy conversions have been corrected here ... *I hope*)
If you hate math (doesn't everybuddy?), you won't like this eBook ... tho' there are 500+ pretty charts!
It's a conversation between me and my sidekick - who seems to question every statement I make!
(Indeed, that's what I did during the 15 year investigation of stock market trading rituals.)
I learned a lot, made a $little and enjoyed almost everything. Hopefully you'll do the first and last ^)

Losing $money in the Stock Market (final edition) eBook Peter Ponzo Reviews

Mr. Ponzo offers a real wealth of information; most of which you just can't find elsewhere. Such info as to why annualized returns are more accurate than averaged returns is an example! This is not like any other book on finance, that's for sure! It is actually entertaining and funny.
I have to admit I came across his website, after searching for days on Google, as to how to measure my portfolio's gain. So many sites would just list simple averages, but Peter's site had introduced me to IRR and XIRR. I am a fan, Cheers.
